The Vendor Court has sold out for 2025. If you would like to be added to the waitlist, send an email northjerseypridefest@gmail.com with the name of your company and you'll be notified in the event that a space opens up.  

Every year, the North Jersey Pride Festival attracts 10,000+ visitors and 2025 is sure to be the biggest ever! 

 

We are currently seeking vendors to join us at this year’s Festival.  Whether you are a small nonprofit just getting started, a small business selling merchandise, jewelry, art, clothing, PRIDE gear, or a longstanding organization in the community, becoming a festival exhibitor is a great way to reach your target audience.

We sell out the vendor court every year and spaces will be assigned as they are received.  Please mark your calendars and note 2025 application information rates and deadlines:

THURS., MAY 15 — ALL APPLICATIONS DUE

All applications must be received by MAY 15. Applications received after May 15 will be notified as soon as possible after receipt if space is available. ​​​
 

To apply:

1) Pay by check: Download the vendor application, fill out, and send the form and check (made out to "North Jersey Pride") to North Jersey Pride, P.O. Box 1195, Maplewood, NJ 07040.

2) Pay by credit card (3% service charge applies): Email the application to northjerseypridefest@gmail.com with CC info in form.
